What is the Root Chakra?
The 1st Chakra – Root Chakra gives life energy throughout the whole body and it forms the physical and psychological root of your whole being.
This is the Chakra that connects the Body's energies with Earth energies. Also present in the Root Chakra are merged male and female energies, in other words, the masculine and feminine energies are both present.
The Root Chakra is the foundation for which the being feels secure in the self, the physical survival. This is the driving force that secure the self in one's ability to persevere, to endure, and to depend on the self to survive and to succeed in life.
The Root Chakra is the Body-Mind-Spirit foundation in the physical world.
