Why are Chakras Important to Peace, Self-Acceptance, and Being Bold

The word Chakra has its root in Sanskrit. Literally the word means wheel of light or vortex, like a cylinder spinning horizontally.

Chakras are central to nurturing your states of peacefulness, acceptance, and courage. The Chakras are central to your inner belief of well being. Energy is meant to Flow and so are you.

There are techniques and tools to assist you along this process of increasing your Awareness, increasing your vibration, and the result is leading a happier, more fulfilling life that is a result of who you are and what you have become. You become fully engaged in life and live on Purpose with what you have actively chosen as the best you have to offer of yourself.

WHAT IS A CHAKRA

In the Human Body the Chakras are non-physical energy centers of rotating energy that spins horizontally, like a disk that is connected to the Body’s Nervous System. They are aligned with the spine starting at the pelvis as the first or Root Chakra and traveling to the top just over the head at the seventh or Crown Chakra. The Chakras send and receive physical and meta-physical energy to and from the Body.

PHYSICAL & NON-PHYSICAL (Meta-Physical)

The Chakras are non-physical and exist in the energy field of the being. Like your mood, it is not physical, it exists in your energy field vs hunger which is physical.

Physical part of the Being can be touched like the hands and the ears, meta-physical part of the being like happiness, Chakras, and enthusiasm are perceived and experienced through other senses.

THE CHAKRAS - Where are they?

Each of the 7 Chakras resonate on a specific vibration that distinguishes each one.

The Heart Chakra is the middle Chakra and is our source of love and connection. The Heart Chakra is the bridge between the Upper Chakras and the Lower Chakras.

There are three Chakras below the Heart Chakra referred to as the Lower Chakras. In these Lower Chakras is where sexual energy, feeling secure in oneself energy, and social energy is sent and received.

There are three Chakras above the Heart Chakra referred to as the Higher Chakras. In these Higher Chakras is where intuition energy and Universal energy is sent and received.

THE CHAKRAS & THE BEING

The Chakras are also connected to the physical body. Each Chakra has a connection to the nerves and major organs of the body and also to the emotional, psychological, and spiritual mental states.

Chakra Energy and the energy of the Physical Body and cellular structures are similar yet not exactly the same. They interact at exchange within the Chakra frequency of the part of the body where they exist.

This energy exchanges body and subtle energies given into the body and given out from the body to and from the hormonal system, psychological, and physical cells of the body.

YOUR AWARENESS

It is not difficult to keep Chakras open and flowing after one is aware of them. Keeping a Chakra open is important because it is moving energy. If it slows down too much and a blockage forms then it causes problems in the Body.

For example, Michael has an important presentation to give and he is nervous about how it will go because of the people that will be in the audience and he doesn't want do poorly. Michael starts to get a cough when he is working on his speech and develops a chest cold which causes him further stress in his chest, like a reminder of his doom with each cough.

Michael's Heart and Throat Chakra are being affected by this experience. If he were to become aware of the connection between the worry and the cough then his body can heal more rapidly and he can honor the process and prepare more thoroughly for the presentation to improve his Self Confidence.

YOUR OPENNESS

Each Chakra has a level of “openness” on a scale of 1-7 that shows the level of vibration energy it can take in. This energy is called Chi from China and Prana from India.

Most people have a base level of openness in all 7 Chakras with one or two that are more open.
